Summary of Essential Job Duties: The Senior Administrative Services Associate position is responsible for managing all site-based contract activities to ensure that building contracts are delivered on time, to the required standards within budget, whilst maximizing client satisfaction. Compile procurement schedules and liaise with Management team of the Request For Information (RFI) process that coordinates the requirements and specifying deadlines for contracts execution. Ensure inquiries and/or tender packages are sent to contractors, architects and other consultants so that orders can be placed in time to meet program. Manage vendors invited to participate in bidding process to ensure level of competence and size of existing workload are consistent with the nature of the contracts. Monitor methods and output to ensure that required quality standards are achieved at minimum cost and that the requirement for snagging is minimal. Agree snagging list with client or project delivery team. Communicate snagging list to all affected parties, monitor for timely completion and obtain project delivery team sign-off. Monitor contracts output to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and any other prevailing legislation. Liaise with project delivery team and vendors to resolve any issues.
