This position is responsible for all aspects of new business development, managing client relationships and providing oversight to technical staff in the delivery of projects for public and private sector clients throughout the Sacramento region.
Projects include planning, design and management of large scale facility, institutional, and land development infrastructure projects.
Responsible for development of new business, identification of opportunities and development of sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain effective relationships with existing clients
Represent Psomas at industry events, conferences, pre-proposal meetings and other events as required
Collaborate with marketing staff to provide technical content in support of high quality proposals and participate in presentations and interviews in support of RFP's and RFQ's
Assist in the negotiation of contracts providing direction on scope of work and associated fee's
Provide support to project managers in the coordination of staff resources, schedules, recruiting, retention and interviews
Serve as technical expert and mentor to staff on engineering concepts, practices and procedures as well as career and professional development
