We are seeking someone who can plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects. Revit literacy is required, as well as 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture. Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required. Comprehensive understanding of and experience with building codes, technical detailing and construction methods is essential. As a Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents. Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture
• Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required
• Revit modeling literacy required
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture
• Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building codes and 
  standards, technical detailing, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
• Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating project documents
• Plan, develop, manage and execute a variety of projects
